Best flashlight and mount on M4

Ok...I have a Norc M4 with a quad rail and a vertical grip and I would like to add a small flashlight. I need the flashlight to have both momentary and full on options and I need to be able to operate the controls with my left hand while holding the vertical grip. What mount options and flashlight would work best in this set-up? Thanks for any info and pics would be great as well.

P.S. Don't need any comments about how unnecessary a flashlight would be in Canada, like some people think H.P. ammo, lasers, etc. are useless because this is Canada, blah, blah ,blah...Canada will NOT be immune from the zombies when they come:eek::eek:
 
I tried quite a few and so far this is the best set up for my needs.
It runs on both constant and pressure switch. I picked 2 of these up for $400 at DS Tactical

I hear ya, the SR07 was my best option for the AFG but Surefire makes a pressure pad that mounts on a vert grip as well. Prior to this I used a vert grip that let's you mount the light directly to it. It's yours if you want it as I have a few of these and have no use for them anymore. For this rig you can use just about any light, I had the Fenix TK11 and it worked great... If you want it just PM me, Ill send it collect...
