Best groups ever, post your targets!

.308-.334nk

I shot this group a couple years ago. It is with a custom 308 built in 1987 with .334 neck. 155gr Palma pushed by some Varget with a fedral match lighting it out of a Lapua case. I could probably never do this again. This is my best group ever!! 1319 yards.

Stupid question for you guys... But do measure groups center of bullet to center of bullet or overall ouside of group? Just getting into this and would like to get it right before I screw it up.

Thanks.

Measure from outside edge of one bullet hole to inside edge of other bullet hole on the farthest spread holes. This will give you the center to center measurement.

Bullets will make different diameter holes on different days so subtracting the bullet diameter from your outside to outside measurement is not as accurate.

Wow nice groups. I cannot wait to get into reloading for my .300 wsm. Groups 11/16"@100yrds with factory ammo but im sure I could snug that up with some homemade recipes.

That's some seriously nice shooting Cyan1de!

I can always cover my 300m groups with a quarter as well but only when held at arms length from where I shot from. :)

Shot this group today. Rifle is an Anschutz 54 Match that has just been rebarreled with a 26" Lilja stainless barrel. Fired from the bench with a Caldwell "The Rock" front rest and a rear bag. Weather was overcast with a swirling wind at times.
