Best gunsmith

What say you CGN'ers, who is the best gunsmith in the Calgary area. I'm looking to possibly have both sights and barrel band removed from an old no1 mk111 sporter and put on a new barrel I acquired. Barrel is in the white so it will also need to be blued and mated to a replacement non D+T'd reciever I have also acquired.
