That's about it, anything else is simply personal preferance.

many will duplicate may this, but none do it better!

For pit-lamping in B.C. I prefer a suppressed .45. Out here I just strap a half stick of dynamite to this year's stray and sic him after bambi. Good thing everyone sees the fun in it.

Best hunting caliber/cartridge? For what sized animals? Gopher's. Elephants? Something in between?

for me 7x57 and 30/06 own both but If I could only have one I'd be the hardest choice to make ever
