Maybe I should make that hunting and fishing. Where would you say is the best hunting and fishing in Canada? I'd say criteria would be diversity and quality of species, available hunting area's and opportunities, that sort of thing.
I'm thinking it's gotta be B.C, perhaps central or northern parts? Elk,moose both bears, sheep,deer, along with pretty good fishing.
Saskatchewan is actually looking pretty good too, what with huge whitetails and mulies, good elk hunting,black bears and moose as well as some pretty decent fishing in parts.
Reason I ask is I'm getting the urge to move,and I'm trying to figure out where I want to go. Wife has a year on her contract where she works, so we'll take the time to check out various places. I should be a 3rd year automotive apprentice by then,hopefully can find a work somewhere.
Right now I'm mostly thinking either northern Alberta or B.C, although finding work in B.C might be a bit tougher. Yukon was an option too,till I started looking at real estate there and figured out I probably wouldn't be able to find a place to live.
