Best Kinetic Bullet puller for .38spl and .40S&W?

I am looking to get my dad one of these but am unsure which company has the best product... if I have read correctly this would be the hammer style puller right?

What would you guys recommend for a balance of inexpensive and reliable?

Not Cabelas... thing was flimsy and I just broke it.

I've been using an RCBS kinetic hammer for about 7 years now and it is still going strong. Used on everything from 9mm Luger up to 7mm STW.

I broke a Dillon (same thing than RCBS aside the color) a few years ago, then bought a Frankford Arsenal, with a steel handle rather than a plastic one. Served me well.

Been using RCBS for about 5 years, the screw cap broke once, E-mailed them and they sent a new one in the mail no charge, great service!
