I'd pick a Tasco Super Sniper fixed 16x or 20x before I would use a Leupold Variable - based on my experience with those choices. I have not used the Leupold "Tactical" scopes though.

(I suppose you could pay a lot more for a SS if you insisted your scope be handled by some wholesalers, importers and regional distributors ... and a lot of media advertising etc etc ... they are a pretty good deal for what you get)

Any ideas if this is available anywhere....

I got a very nice used Mk4 6.5-20 on the EE for $900.

I never understood why 'Camera Land ' is even a CGN sponsor , sell s**t that you 'can't sell' on a board you sponsor ????

I bought some nice Vortex binoculars from them. Its unfortunate about the scopes though.
