Unusual space looking and scarce pistol the Whitney Wolverine. Great acquisition JTF.

I would love to get my hands on one of the 50 or so Sokolovski Automaster or even an original.44 Automag. But for now only a couple in my collection would fit the bill:

Thinking about it, I would also include the Royal Blue Colt Python & the Beretta 87BB LB & 86 Cheetah with that deep blue high polished finish that Beretta used to put on these pistols in the late 80’s early 90’s.

I still miss it. BUT, I needed a vacation to salvage my family, so grudgingly, it was worth it to sell. I am glad it went to an appreciative good man. If you MUST give up your favorite child for adoption, you always hope they end up in a good home....

Both of those are FUGLY.....but to each their own.

Nothing beats the classic look and lines of any number of high quality 1911s.

I agree, the first two are pretty ugly, tough to beat a 1911 like that IMO

Tough to make a choice, with all the great candidates. But, my vote goes to the Colt 1873, Single Action Army revolver. Hard to beat those classic clean lines and functionality.
