RRA & STAG are offering quality LPK's. I don't think the extra cost of the Colt LPK is justified. Others, including DPMS are hit or miss. I've gotten out of spec parts, bad springs, broken parts, etc...
Haven't had any issues with either RRA or STAG. As another poster mentioned, the two-stage RRA kit is pretty nice and offers a good value. Both seem to be quite consistent and I haven't run into any out-of-spec parts with either make thus far after multiple builds using them.
Probably the three most easily sourceable LPKs in Canada are RRA, STAG & DPMS. The first two are usually more expensive than the latter, and I think their better overall quality/consistency offers the better value. The one thing the DPMS kits have going for them is that they seem to be the least expensive kit on the Canadian market these days.
