took a look. At a reasonable level, I can still see the grid being illuminated. Maybe it is the light being cast down, but either way, the dots are there(just wind dot, no center dot in the grid).

Interesting. As I recall, for this optic, Vortex actually worked with another company to develop the technology required to create bright illumination in a 10x FFP. Apparently it’s a uniquely difficult task, due to how small the etching needs to be for the reticle.
