I have RCBS Lubeamatic II, Lyman 450, and Lyman 4500 lube sizers. There isn't any difference to speak of in the machines themselves. The RCBS and Lyman sizer dies are interchangeable. I prefer the newer Lyman H&I sizer dies to the RCBS dies.

The Lyman 4500 lube-sizer with heater will run $170 plus shipping from the US and sizer dies are about $25 each. Check out Buffaloarms.com , that's where i buy most of my casting and sizing gear.

There is nothing wrong with the Lee push-through sizer dies either. Good option if you are only going to be doing one or two sizes. Dip or pan lube in that cases.

+1 for Buffalo Arms but watch the shipping charges.

I bought a Star lube sizer years ago and couldn't go back to any of the RCBS, Lyman, Lee, etc sizers, it is far superior to all of them. If you can wait, used ones come up here in the EE occasionally and on eBay as well.

Star is without doubt faster, but I wouldn't go as far as saying the bullets from a Star lubesizer are remarkably better than those from a RCBS or Lyman lubesizer. For someone who is just casting a couple thousand rifle bullets per year for his own use the Star is a bit over the top cost-wise IMO, but everyone spends their own money and makes their own decisions. I have one on order but i cast 10-20,000 boolits per month.

If you want to shoot the "best" possible bullet you probably shouldn't size at all. Shoot as-cast, and pan or tumble lube. The less sizing you do, the better in most cases. Bullets from a good mould are as concentric as they are going to get - sizing them will at best only preserve the existing degree of concentricity, and in most cases concentricity is lessened through sizing.
