Best Mosin Sight Rail MI-24C RSI?

Does anyone know if theres a place IN canada to order the mi-24c sight rail from Rock solid industries for the 91/30, they wont ship to canada on there webpage and that seems to be the only place I can find them, looks like its the best rail on the market, nice long sleek look with added tact pictinnys on a side mount and multiple fastening points, albeit lots of drilling and tapping probably not for the amatuer gunsmith, might just take it in and get it drilled by a professional, all the other rails seem to be a little bit wrinky dink for my liking, i want something nice long and solid attachment with that tact look
 
Ouch, $150 just to import parts, the parts are only gonna cost me $200, maybe I'll call CBSA and see what they have to say about ways to import myself, thanks for the input
