By best, I am looking for least recoil and most accuracy. I don't care about the guys beside me :)

This is going on my SIG716. Based on my limited research, I have narrowed them to:

1- PWS FSC30
2- Battlecomp BABC
3- SJC Titan Compensator
4- ??

Any kind of asymmetrical surface presented to the propellant gases has the potential to deflect the bullet due to how it affects the gas flow in front of the muzzle. A badly designed brake can certainly degrade accuracy.

Or compensate so hard upwards the buttstock punches you in the face...

I have Lantac dragon .308(145 usd) and POF .308 muzzle brake(58 usd). I will give Lantac 9/10 and POF 8/10 but POF one is a lot cheaper(You can order it from them directly)!

A good and relatively cheap option is the kel tec brake for the rfb. I love mine so much i also bought one for my savage 10 tr. You can call in your order and kel-tec will ship it direct.

We have the PWC PRC on the 716 DMR--it works well. I also have the Miculek compensator, but have not tried it yet.

Where were you going to source the SJC Titan?
