Ive been researching like crazy and i think Ive found the Break that seems the best ..or close to it....
Has anyone had any experience with the David Gentry Quite Muzzle Break
it says it can , lower felt recoil from 300 win mag to 243 ?
and its not much loader then original sounding barrel.....?

Any input Would be greats
Thanks!

I have installed a few of them, I can't say i noticed they were any quieter than some of the other brakes.
ANY decently designed brake will reduce recoil substantially.
We build gill type brakes that are extremely effective and designed for prone shooting.
The best brake is the 1 that suits the purpose best. Radial port brakes work well for hunting rifles, but truly blow when shooting prone.

If you look to the top right of the linked photo, you'll see the type of brake I had installed on on my .338 Win Mag, from the website of the 'smith I had install it. It turned it into an absolute kitten by comparison. It now recoils noticeably lighter than my .308, never mind anything else more substantial I have. Alberta Tactical Rifle could set you up well, I was just drooling over his nice work featured on his display table at the Calgary gun show this last weekend.
