Best of Two Clamp-on Scope Mounts for Swiss K31

Brownells sells two different makers clamp-on mounts: Swiss Products and S&K. Price difference is only $10 between the two.

Who makes the better mount?

The Swiss Products Aluminum clamp on mount has lots of happy users. Check the Swiss forums. I like mine. Tradex sells them.

My advice is to NOT d&t for the permanent version - the balance is all wrong. The clamp on one is fine though.

I bought the Swiss Products no gunsmith mount for mine at the Calgary Shooting Center and put a old Unertl Hawk on it , I love it.
