Best Percision .223 out of the box?

Im probably looking to budget a 1000$"
p.s. I want to end up shooting well over 300 yrds
 
Landoser18, Go talk to Paul R. He always has a 223 that puts all other shooters/rifles to shame. You won't get away with less than $3000.00 but you will get a rifle.
 
My FNH 223 is so accurate .35 to .7 with cheap UMC 55 gr... Out of the box.... JP.
