Best pistol to date?

If I had to head out the door and leave it all behind...... matching pair , Dlask Custom Commanders, 45acp of course!!

I love my Glock 34 gen. 4 9 mm. It's the only pistol I've had that fits my extra large hands with long fingers. But if I had a chance to shoot another pistol with large grips I just might want to get it too.

S&W Model 69 44 Mag with handloads of 44 Special 200 gr SWC at 1000 fps, this handgun is my best shooting handgun. Picking up clays at 25 yards offhand 9 out of 10. This is the ideal balance firearm JP.

69 is fun giving it to guys who say 44 isn't snappy and toss in some Buffalo Bore ...more than one has had tingles in their hand afterwards .

I've had about 50 pistols and Sig 226 9mm is my overall single pistol winner. There are lots of models and each could suite a persons duty, sport or apocalyptic lifestyle.

Like the possibility of using Buffalo Bore if needed but the 69 is perfect for 44 Spcl, i bought it with this intent. JP.

DanWesson . 357. I only shoot my second one the Hunter model is collector only. Small frame, 6" barrel and as accurate as I am on any given day. It just 'fits' the hand so well. As nice as my GP100 4.2 but doesn't flip as much from recoil. Other than those I quite enjoy the Redhawk . 44 7.5" with the old factory wood grips. Bigger recoil but those little grips are awesome.

To me, the fit is first key consideration, and in this category CZ wins for me. I have the SP-01 Tactical in the 40S&W.
My previous CZ75 and 85's in 9mm and 40 have all shot well with no problems. Accuracy has always been great.
In the 1911, I looked long and hard before finally settling on a Kimber. My current is the Eclipse Custom II in 10MM.
In a 22, I have always wanted a S&W 41...but own a Ruger MkIII Competition. Great pistol!
As for the revolvers, love my Ruger NMBH's in 41 Rem Mag with extended grips. Liked the S&W Model 57, but prefer to shoot the Rugers.

Colt 1911 series 70 Mk 4, gold Cup National Match in 45 ACP, of course. Close second is a Browning Medalist 22lr target pistol.

If Trudeau ever gets 'round to legalizing CCW, bush carry, and standard cap. mags, the gun for all seasons would be the Glock 20
