best place for reloading components?

You'll find that ordering online probably won't save you much. Often times any potential saving are eaten up but dangerous goods fees on primers and powder. You're probably better off sourcing them locally.

Just to give you an idea on pricing; in Ontario I buy my pistol powders @ $20 per pound, pistol primers @ $30 per 1k, and projectiles (JHP) @ $110 per 1K.

If your talking pistol powder like Titegroup and .45 JHP projectiles, then those are bargain prices, IMO. Good for you. In Vancouver, they cost $30 and $140 respectively.

I just bought two pounds of Titegroup at $19 (and change) + tax. HP-38 is slightly more expensive at $20 (and change) + tax. I get my powders from Le Baron in Mississauga, Ontario.

I purchase my projectiles from DoubleTap Sports (site sponsor) in Brampton, Ontario. $110 cash per 1k of Zero 9mm 125gr JHP-C. It's a great product and more uniform than AIM or Berry in my opinion.
