Hey everyone. So after months of debate with myself as to if I should build my first AR or buy I walked into my local shop and they had the M&P 15 sport II on sale for $649 so that is what I ended up with (thanks to all the posts and reviews on here). I do not like the 5/10 mag it ships with and having served (airforce) the 30 round steel mags is what I know and is what I would like to stay with. I get 5/30 steel E-Lander Mags from my local shop for $25 less the veteran/fire fighter discount of 10%.

I like to support local but with ammo to buy if there is a decent place online to get all steel mags for a decent amount cheaper I would like to know about it. I have been looking around and pretty much everything I can find is about the same price. Wolverine supplies has a real good deal on poly mags (10 for $100) but I would much prefer steel. What do you guys know of out there? Thanks!

The mags you were issued in the Airforce were aluminum, not steel. D&H are the sole supplier to the CF AFAIK. Black Teflon is what they supply to the Cdn military.

After reading about D&H 10 pack from Saskatoon gun works I ordered some on Monday, 2 hours later I got a Canada Post confirmation that they been picked up and received them in the mail last night (wednesday). I'm incredible impressed on the design and service of SGW and would definitely order from then again. Kodos guys
