Best place to buy a new beretta silver pidgeon

Looking to buy a new beretta silver pigeon I. Any recommendations for places to buy one from? I'm open to shipping or buying locally from bc. Willing to wait for any sales since its at the top of my budget, thanks for any help. Anyone bought a silver pidgeon new and recommend the store?

I've been keeping an eye out on the EE for th last bit, for the price of the used ones I'm willing to spend some more and get a new one. This is going to be a one time purchase so I don't plan on upgrading again down the road. I can handle myself knicking and scratching up the wood/metal ... but someone else is going to bug be for the rest of the life of the gun ... call me crazy lol. Although if I've missed something on the EE that looks like a good deal feel free to point me in the right direction :)
 
Reliable Gun in Vancouver has Beretta stock. Give them a ring and see if they have one. Also Italian Sporting Goods has Italian guns, naturally. :)
The former of my recommendations has superior customer service than the latter.
Though waiting for a special gun to be ordered in would make me almost think about taking a rowboat to the Beretta factory.
Also check out Prophet River in AB.

Agreed. If you live near Vancouver its worth the trip... either shop "should" have it in stock so call ahead, great gun. Enjoy.
 
I am in Burnaby, British Columbia which is close to vancouver. I know the local stores like italian and reliable have an annual sale before christmas but not sure what kind of discounts they offer on the beretta silver pigeon. This would be my luxury purchase and at the top of my budget so a few hundred saved would make a big difference. I appreciate all the suggestions!

Always interested in what a guy finds in his quest for a shotgun and sometimes finds something slightly different than originally searching for.
I know your looking for a Pigeon , but again, sometimes there is a deal that just has to be had.

You bet! Price point has capped the range of guns I'm in the market for so I will definitely keep you posted when I pull the trigger :)

Anyone remember any prices of the silver pigeon when you have seen them on sale at any stores when they get discounted?

Unless your willing to camp out over night chances of getting in one of the annual sales (10 - 20% off depending on manufacturer) are slim. Plus you would have to wait another whole year until it comes around again.
 
I bought both of mine on the EE - but I prefer to have my guns with their first few safe-kisses on them, not to mention hating paying taxes on new gun purchases. That said, I noticed after xmas that Le Baron had a web-special on Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon's for 1275$ - crazy cheap. It was on the "web specials" part of their website in the
"Firearm Clearout" pages.
 
Can't speak about BC but Sail has a price match guarantee. In other words, they guarantee the lowest possible prices and always have a decent Beretta selection in the store.
 
I still can't believe the price wow $1275, even a field model I would have grabbed at that price.
 
Well I shouldered the beretta pigeon 1 - today wow I was impressed, very light and seemed to be a natural fit. I can see myself swinging that all day. Now that I know the pigeon 1 fits its just a matter of time when I find one a new one on sale!! I would be willing to get the white onyx as well, the finish and wood are just as appealing.
