I am looking for some bulk 9mm ammo, say 1000 rounds or so. I love in NL and ammo is hard to come by round here. Local shop only had a couple boxes of old ammo at $20 bucks for 50. Where would be the best place for me to get 9mm ammo shipped to me?
 
Since you're on the East Coast, instead of shipping ammo in from Alberta/BC why not just order it in from Kingston Ontario? Try the web site wolfbullets.com. Wolf Hoffman is an upstanding individual and he's the person who supplies my 9x19, 40SW, and 38Spl.

Old Wolfie is more than a little moody...if he doesn't think your order is important enough, he'll "forget" about it then get pissed when you enquire as to where it is.
 
Wolverine has some decent prices. I bought some 147 grain Winchester whitebox from Canam last year and it came in around $200/M at the door. (order of 4000v IIRC). Le Barons has it at $9.87 a box of 50 or thereabouts. If you buy in quantity you can sometimes get a break (not form LEBarons i beleive)

you have to look at the total cost inclyuding shipping and taxes soem western suppliers only charge GST
 
+1 for the Combat masters. Kurt is good to deal with, although he is extremely busy with orders.
