best place to get a K31?

so recently I have been thinking it may be time for me to get one of these. but the thing is I'm not sure who the "go to" sources for these types of things are?

I didn't see many on the EE. what about online sponsors of the site? do any of them have a nice selection i can make?

thanks for your time! also, any K31 tips or tricks are very welcome!

They have been selling regularly on the EE. I don't know where you are located, but in my area (Manitoba) there aren't any at the retailers. EE is the only option, check every few minutes if you can! Otherwise maybe recruit some friendly members to notify you immediately, cuz they go fast.

Thanks! do you recall how much they typically go for? I'm a little far north but that is good to know that they are an option. my CT seems to be very much anti guns the selection is a joke sadly :(
 
The Canadian Tire in Welland is sold out. I tried to get one a couple weeks ago. :( I spoke with John (owners son and dept manager) and he said it'll be a few months before he has them back in stock. And they'll be priced higher, at least $399.

I go in that store pretty frequently, if you want a heads up when they arrive.

yes please! if you could remember me that would be awesome. I'm in no rush to buy, but a heads up when they come available would be fantastic!
 
If you look online, wholesale sports is sold out, but some individual stores still had them anyways (not long ago anyways) ..... If you live near one, it might be worth it to physically go inside and check it out.
 
well it looks like i'm gonna have a bit of a search on my hands to get one then. would you say it's wise in the mean time to at least buy some ammo for it? i mean i expect the prices of ammo are only going to go up over time. esp with our super strong dollar atm. :(

We got the most recent shipment out of Switzerland and the prices reflect the value of the CHF against the $Cdn. Also FWIW we are the only dealer gauging every bore so you know what you are getting wrt barrel life.
All of the rifles we have left have bores 7.51-7.53mm (100% to 70% borelife remaining), and there are still some walnut stocked rifles left.

hi, I am also looking into one of the k31. do any of the places that were listed sell them with the "accessories" ie: sling, bayonet, stripper clips?
