Best place to get savage dbm conversion?

I have a Savage Bear hunter in .300wsm, this rifle is a model 16 with accu-stock, accu-trigger and an on off muzzle break. It also has a hinged floor plate magazine, which is the only feature of the rifle I am not overly fond of. So my question for all of you wonderful gunnies out there that are more knowledgeable than I about these things is where is the best place to order a dbm conversion kit for this rifle that is relatively quick to ship, and preferably Canadian? Thanks for any input folks.
 
Apparently savage sells the DBM bottom metal, so try contacting a savage arms dealer, northern republic magazine sells higher capacity magazines for them, and in WSM mag's.
 
I would start by phoning Savage direct, I don't own any Savages now but when I did I had really good service from their parts desk. If you have the manual for the rifle in question I believe there is a parts break down that will help when you are talking to them. I would also have the serial number of the rifle ready. I needed to convert a rifle to a blind mag and they were very helpful.
 
Thank you gentlemen. I will am going to get in touch with a Savage retailer, I checked out the mags from Northern republic and nearly passed out. $150 for a 5 rounder it just seemed steep to me, but hey you have to pay to play right!
