Best powder for 308 semi?

BLC-2 is my go to powder for anything .30cal. its brilliant in .308 and .303 brit.

gives a good consistent wump. lets you push those pills a little faster then some of the other powders listed. can be bought in 8lb jugs.
 
H4895 can be loaded up or down, or quite a bit down into subsonic zone (becomes manually operated slide), position and temperature insensitive, truly versatile.
Haven't tried CFE 223, but heard all good things about it while keeping a bore copper fouling free...
