Best price for mags?

Anyone have a line on best price for pmags? I see a dozen or so in EE for 21 each or 19.50 bulk but that's pretty close to retail I think.

Any details on where I could find hexmags?
 
It's not just about price, it's about being pinned/riveted properly...they will chew up the inside of your receiver if they protrude and even worse they will work themselves loose from rubbing inside the receiver. I get mine from Questar.
