Not sure, but Edmonton place called Wild West has deals if you order in bulk. Try calling them, (ie, price per thousand may go down if you buy more than 1 thousand.)
You may also want to check out www.canadianbdx.com . They are manufacturing Combat Masters (based in AB) and may have 9mm avbl now. Not sure about shipping, but have a look and give them a shout.
