Best price on 9mm Carbine?

What is the best place to get a 9mm AR-15 Carbine? (10.5 or 14.5 bbl)?

I am looking for an A2 w retractable stock.

I say skip the A2 model and get an A4 version and put a carry handle on it... below is mine purchased originally from questar and is a RRA upper on another brand lower. At least with the a4 config and carry handle you can upgrade to optics later if you so desire.

16" is the longest usually and 7" is the shortest....

how about just a complete lower?

well any lower will do, all you add is magwell conversion block, hammer, buffer and spring and wam its a 9mm lower.... post a wtb and a member sells them pretty regualrly as a kit for around $200 and they are factory RRA.

the upper is the hard part to find but thanks to questar that is fixed to... and stay away from IBS guns.
