best price on g17 want to buy one today

It looks like Epps is out of the $599 models, are the 17C's with adjustable sights worth the $705? I am looking for one with the night sights, but I imagine it would take a long time to order a custom pistol from their distributor.
 
NEW Glocks at the show were also very cheap ...eg: NEW G 17 @ $ 575.
NEW G17 with tacky Khaki frame @ $ 600.

PS: I confirmed with MDC that as of Nov 01/2008, NO MORE POLICE TRADEINS WILL BE LEGALLY ALLOWED ... police guns will now be detroyed.

$599... damn. I still remember paying $950 + taxes = $1092 in Jan. 2005 in Ottawa for my G17. Times are changing (or at least the currency exchange rates).
