Xreload, Tradex, Higginsons...you can get bulk 55gr for around 15cents per bullet.

I bought frontier plated 55gr bullets from a member here. They were cheaper than the Campros at the time. Not all that accurate, but you get what you pay for I guess. 12" plate open sights at 100m is about as good as it gets. I'm buying bulk hornadys next time.

What is the consensus on Campos? At 500 for $62.95 I can live with 55 grain bullets.

The hornady bulk 55 btfmj are more accurate for approx the same cost.
I only buy hdy.

Budget Shooter Supply has Hornady 55gr sp $145/1000 shipped. They are very accurate in my 223's. Price has gone down i paid $160 shipped a few months back.

Yes, Hrn 55gr FMJBT bulk boxes are very well priced per 1000 if willing to buy inlarger quantities.

Prices have fallen... even for price per 1000.
