Best quick disconnect scope mount?

What would be the best quick disconnect scope mount for a Rem 700ltr with a Bushnell 4200 Elite 6-24x40 1" with side focus scope?

I'd get a set of Badger Ordnance bases and rings.
Seeonks(spelling) preset torque wrench and your good to go.

EAW makes the best mounts for this purpose...the sticker shock is no joke though...they return to zero.. have lots of adjustment and no stress mounting..I have a set on a SA model 700 in 350 Rem Mag (also in a Macmillan stock and Canjar 3 lever set trigger and lightweight "speed" striker... or at least it was marketed that way by Mr. Tubb)
