Best reticle leveler ?

Thanks to a gentlemen on CGN, I finally managed to have a Segway leveler !

Now I need to buy a good scope level ( 1 inch & 30mm ).

So far, my new leveling kit :

The plumb bob is from my local hardware store.
The brass yarn ( dunno if its the right term ) is custom made by me on a lathe.
The Segway is from WSS, and it was bought in store because they don't sell them online and they will not restock once its all sold out.
The Starrett 135A's levels are from Ebay.com, the cost was reasonable.
