I'm in the market for a good .22 scope, doesn't need to be competition level, will mainly be used for plinking and hunting.
I'm currently looking at the Barska AC10002, but i can't help but feel that there's something better out there.

I just picked up a sweet Leupold rimfire at our gun show.
Man, is this thing sweet.

Well, I fibbed, bought three Leupolds.

One rimfire............one M8 4x with the tapered X and of awll
things, the well sawt after M8 6x.

I'm stoked.

Nikon is nice. Also, maybe look at the cabela's rimfire specific stuff. I have one and it is really nice glass esp for the money.

Bought a Bushnell scope kit for my daughters 22 Canadian tire. Came with rings and a cleaning kit. It's a 3-9x40. Pretty decent glass for $80!

Id like to know the same info, but with about a $250-300 budget. I hate hijacking threads, but I'd also hate to start another almost identical thread.

Vortex DB 2-7X35 rimfire, Vortex DB HP 2-8X32, Sightron SIH 2-7X33 rimfire, SIH 4-12X40 AO, Burris Droptine Rimfire, Nikon Prostaff rimfire serie are the one i'm looking at when looking for a rimfire scope.

The thing that seems appealing about the bushnell ar 22 series scope is the adjustable side parallax, being able to shoot at ranges between 25-50 meters. Is this a feature any other models have? Most including the Nikon 22 rim fires seem to be set for 50 meters plus
