Best rings for a cz 527 varmint

I have a Bushnell elite 4200 6-24 x 40 I don’t know what to do with. That or maybe a leupold with a 33-40 mm objective. I’d want the scope low then but the bolt clearance will be an issue I’m thinking. Hard to know. If nothing else I’d have to buy a scope with a larger objective lens. I don’t want it to look like the scope is a carrying handle lol

Now I'll tell you how long that string is...............The 6-24 Bushnell has a very small adjustment range, 26moa IIRC. I've had issues with 527's with squareness issues of the mount rail that have required me to use Burris offset bushings in rings, on DIP rails. Scopes like Bushnell and Leupold have a 'normal' size ocular lens housing so you generally won't have an issue with those brands as far as the bolt handles. Something like a Nikon is going to annoy the heck out of you with the large ocular. I've got eight 527's, number 9 is on the way and they all have DIP rails and a wide range of optics.
 
How tall does the dip rail make the scope sit off the gun? I don’t own any Nikon’s. Bushnell has very little moa adjustment which has made me wanna get rid of it. Very clear scope otherwise.
 
I’m currently in the same boat. Rail is not aligned and required offset rings. I’m wondering if this is the gun rail or the DIP rail...

I’m maxed out on my 6-24 4200 windage. Pretty bummed to find this out.
 
Maybe I should get a dip rail but I don’t want the scope to sit too high. Your 527’s are multiplying sounds pretty accurate lol. I bought my first 527 223 synthetic carbine a few months ago and I like it a lot with the peep sight I added to it. 17 hornet should be enjoyable too for them prairie poodle ####zoo dogs lol

My 4200 6-24 has been a great scope especially clarity wise. The elevation shortage has me feeling upset towards it so not sure how long I can remain with that chick lol
 
Shameless thread derail: Where do you get the DIP rails from, I was looking for one for a CZ and and Anshutz?
