I've been out of the scope mounting thing for a while, More into handguns Lately... What's the best bang for the buck for 1 inch rings on this thing? It's a magnum research 1722 22WMR with a fat stainless steel bull barrel.
The scope is a Sightron SII Big 36×42 and I want some solid rings using rifle for 100-200 meter targets. It has a Weaver rail that's part of the receiver, it's built right into it.
Looking for some guidance here, Don't need quick release or whatever, just solid rings.
thanks guys!
Keith

I would choose Burris Signature rings with the adjustable inserts. These protect the finish of the scope & allow for the additional adjustment that you may need for 200 yd shooting

We use these on our .22s for shooting metal pigs at 200 meters. An insert marked +20 in the rear & a -20 in the front should give you good results.
This applies to the .22lr, I am not familiar with the .22 magnum at 200 yds, I had one years ago but only shot it at 100 yds.

Keith, pm me if I can be of assistance.
