best semi-auto for the larger handed gentleman

A full size Sig like a P220 or P226 would be my recommendation. But I am quite biased. The M&P's can have a pretty big backstrap put on I believe, and a Beretta 92 fills the hand quite nicely as well.

+1 on the CZ97. Most XL size gloves don't fit my hands and the CZ97 "feels" big.

I've got a Beretta 92fs with the Hogue Wraparound and it is as large a grip as I'd want. Would fit larger paws just fine.

Further to the above post..... I used to have an M&P40. I think my Beretta has an even larger grip than the M&P with the large blackstrap.

aftermarket parts: What are you looking for?... But it does come in a plethora of finish...
Cost/value: The smile per/$ is pretty good...
