Best Shells to Use in Winchester Model 12?

My M12 Trap shucks the cheap Winchester Super Targets without fail.... just like all other shells I've put through it.

Someone will show up with one at our gun club occasionally and a few us will try it for a round or two of 5 Stand. I don’t remember one ever having a problem with any shell we put in it. If a gun can shoot Super Targets or Universals with no issues,it is pretty reliable.
