Best sks/ak iron sights

I'm looking for the best type of sks for day/night operations that are not flimsy, and are good for 75 yrd. combat situations (zeroed, and stable). I've tried Williams fire sights, and even without firing the rifle I've noticed that the rear sight(apeture)with its roll pin is quite loose. It may keep elevation but it will certainly not keep windage. Ideally, an AR, M-14, or any type of peep rear sight would by my choice, does anyone out there have any ideas

What's wrong with the issue sights?

They may not be illuminated tritium, or ghost sights, but they are easily good enough out to 75 yds.

I agree with MapleSugar, for close and dirty work the issue sights should be fine if you practice

I've found the Williams' to be solid and always zeroed. But it's your rifle.

I like mojo from the looks of it. The major problem is I may once again be able to shift the rear sight from left to right with a simple index finger push. But I've noticed that there is some apperatus in the sight that allows a more solid platform .
I want to build a rifle that is tactical in every lighting situation while remaining stable and solid. As for the front sight I have a fiber optic that I put an ugly shim on to center it .
I might revert to original notch rear but ghost ring & apetures is what I prefer for my project

I have a mojo aperture and a williams front sight on my sks. Works great!

Tech sight are available direct (So far) go to www.tech-sights.com.
They have a couple of versions for the SKS and a couple for the Ruger 10/22. They also work great!

tech sights are awsome.
i know two guy here who have htem on their SKSs and love them.
i have them on my 10/22 and woudnt trade them for anything.

the guy at tech sights is great to deal with and it only takes about a week and a half to get here.
