even full price is a good price for this lower. pws is quality
complete lowers are $620
 
gp tactical has complete bushmaster lowers for under $400..... considering price of lower parts kit, reciever extension and buttstock i think they are a great deal.
 
ATRS soaked me for $500 ... But they installed my kit for free....lol

Heh I like that peace or flipping the bird selector marking. I've been entertaining building myself a second AR for a while now. Not as a cost saving measure, but more a way to defer the cost of a nice AR over time and have some fun. How is the quality of the STI upper and lower?
 
The STI receivers are great. I've built 4 of them to date, and I don't see myself straying from them in the future.

The finish is nice and durable on them, and I haven't come across a lower parts kit that doesn't fit nicely. Having a perfect match between the upper and lower is a huge plus for stripped receivers.
