best triggers for AR's

Being a newb to these triggers, what is the difference between the Geissele's Super 3 Gun (S3G) Trigger vs the SSA-E trigger?

Someone else asked that question in the other Geissele thread. Basically, it's a really light pull & crisp-breaking trigger compared to an "average" trigger...

Based on the charts below (courtesy of Geisseles website) the S3G has a much shorter deflection and although a 2-stage trigger, it gives the impression of a finely tuned single-stage...
