The smoothest of all you can beat the S&W Revolver the 629 Classic 1st year production that i have is smooth in single or double action and i have own tons of different makes of handguns over the years and nothing even comes close.

I have an old Ruger 44 'Flattop' that has a custom trigger and hammer that has been 'worked over' by a gunsmith. The trigger pull and/or let off has the same breaking glass like crispness of a double action Smith being shot single action.

My Kimber 1911 had 200 rounds down the pipe and I sent it to Armco for Gunner to do his magic, was like night and day
