I'm in the market for a few turkey chokes for both 20ga. & 12ga. I plan to use #4 or #5 shot.

So what are the top 5 best bang for the buck turkey chokes out there that you CGN turkey hunts recommend to look at or try that doesn't brake the bank?

I use a couple different Undertaker chokes, and they seem to work well in my Mossberg 935. They werent expensive either. I got lucky and found them on clearance at Bass Pro because the package was damaged and the both of them only set me back about $25 total. They usually sell for about $30-$40 each.

What kind of guns are you shooting?

I have had very good results with Carlson rubes. .let the tube tell you what shot size to shoot. You can only shot a turkey so far with a shotgun.so the more pellets the better .it is all about the most even distribution of pellets you can get at a given range.I have had my 3.5 inch shotgun shooting a amazing pattern at 60 yards with the winchester long beards and Carlson turkey choke.with number 6 shot.killed two Tom's stone dead at 55 and 60 yards with this combo. Prior to investing in a new choke, you may wish to first test with the Full choke that you may already have for your shotgun ......

I use Kick's and Carlson's extended turkey tubes... they both throw excellent patterns.

Kick's can be found at Bass Pro and Carlson's at Al's Corner Store.

Agreed, specially using the Winchester Longbeard XR. They are a game changer. In my opinion, this new load should be prioritized over a dedicated Turkey choke if you can only afford one or the other.

That being said, I like the Truglo choke/sight package that I bought. Good honnest value.

Try your factory chokes first.

Then I would look at Jeb's. They have some pretty amazing products and are extremely helpful. Google.
