I should also note that my kids shot a couple coyotes with the 95 grain NBT and that bullet did LESS damage than the 58 V-Max.

I found the 243 to be pelt friendly about 20% of the time. I used 55gr Nosler BT @ 3850 and 70gr Nosler BT @ 3500. I've shot a few with the 6mm Creed too, 105gr Amax and it is much the same. They sure kill good though, no spinners or runners

58 grain Vmax, I don't think I have ever had one exit. Turns the insides to slush.

This. Currently can't find any more 58 gr, have some 70 gr vmax, am about to grudgingly load them. For the 58gr I use 40gr 3031, sighted my 243 4" high at 100 yds. If you can see it, put the crosshairs on it and kill it.

My son and i use 55 grain Sierra BKs going fast with H414 and we love them. Been using them as long as i can remember on coyotes.

I have used the 58 v max in a 6mm remy, on a few ‘yotes. They normally don’t exit but if they do you get half a howler mostly skinned and an impressive mist.
