Best warranty (for Canadians) amongst the "tough optics?"

I've never used them myself. But, could it be possible it is because you're a business and it could be different for an individual who sent his scope in?

I have had Leopold scopes for years, and when the very odd time I had to send a scope to Korth it or a new scope came back to me within 2 to 3 weeks.
I cannot really complain about their services at all. I would also not that Mystic Precision's comment earlier was a good one.
