Best way to contact North Sylva? SFP9 missing part

I sent North Sylva a pm almost a week ago with no reply. I'm assuming they probably don't bother with private messages and have a better way of contacting them for small parts? I'll post my issue here so it perhaps gets their attention.

I don't care about trying to "warranty" this gun..I'll pay the $5 or $10 for the clip so I can shoot this gun again. No where else in Canada has this clip as far as I know.

If you watch my video below you can clearly see the right slide release slowly works it's way out of the frame while firing.


I asked about the issue on HKPRO forums and was told I must be missing the Safety clamp #260436 as shown below
It clips onto the inside of the gun holding the slide release against the gun.



When I first field striped my gun this little clip was never there so it was missing from the beginning and sounds like an issue a few people have in the states too.
 
They don't show that part in stock, you'll have to return it to the retailer you bought it from so that they can issue a warranty claim. Unfortunately if NS doesn't show a part in stock for us to order in, warranty is the only other method to have a firearm fixed.

Knowing NS they'll fix this up for you since you posted here.

Just thought I'd give a little update for anyone curious.

North Sylva took care of me. Emailed them and they promptly shipped a replacement part, no questions asked.

A+ service from a happy customer!
 
I had an issue with an sks not too long ago, and north sylva took care of me within 1 day.... with shipping!!
I would and will deal with them again, and their customer service is awesome!
