best way to measure powder

RCBS 1500. Fast enough that the next charge is ready by the time I'm fininshed seating the previous one. Accurate +/- 0.1 grains, with any powder.

Chargemaster 1500 combo . I will never go back to anything else.Tried the older PACT/RCBS version and returned it because itseemed to go nutz from time to time.Have since discovered it was likely the florescent lights.The 1500 doesn't seem to be affected by them.

Is the lee double disk setup affected by how consistantly you work the lever? I know it makes a big difference in their other powder measure.
