Best way to pad the 858 factory folder

Ugly and redneck, I know... but who doesn't like to try stupid things with thier new gun?

I see your redneck and raise you a bubba. I cut up an old rubber flip flop and used rubber bands to hold it to the stock for a make shift recoil pad. The flip flop was a Hawaiian style with flowers and all.:D The rubber bands were green. I was tired of getting the receiver in nose every time I pulled the trigger. I wish I had taken a pic.

It was only a stop gap solution, but then I ended up selling it.

The best solution I've seen involves wrapping the stock in paracord. Looks pretty good when done properly.

Do you suppose you guys would be interested in making a rail to go over the top of the receiver from your fixed rear adapter to the NEA upper forgrip with an opening for BUIS?

Actually you can use any of the cantilever cam mounts out there if you want to mount a scope off the the new adapter.

i would be interested in the cantilever idea but i wouldnt want an adapter instead i would want an extention so my regular stock or folder could be attached to it .

can someone sneak me one of those folding adapters to a south of the border in Vermont? ill meet ya at the border. Acutually i hear NEA may be working with Czech-point(our vz58 importer) so that's good news, if only they didn't take my bayo lug, and pin the muzzle brake on:( though i can get a smith to re-ad the bayo lug, but noone makes a threaded barrel extension(both sides being threaded) about an inch long with a detent pin, so i could attach and remove as i please. owell small price 2 pay for a almost perfect rifle.

But looking forward to these NEA products to hit the market, very thought out designs. be a great new years resolution, "i will buy only NEA products for my vz58"...
