i have some AR parts I'm looking to sell. whats the best way to sell them? not a huge fan of selling online, rather stay local. i going to throw a ad on here to start.

thanks

Rather ironic you come to an ONLINE website to ask how/where to sell your gun-parts locally...

Be willing to ship. It's not that hard or resource/time consuming, 5 minutes/a box/some "stuffing"/some tape/off to the Post Office/your done...

You may just find a local sale, but don't rule out people being able to buy it/them because they don't live close to you. This is the internet, after all.

Well you asked the best way to sell, and thats generally online. The reason is because you have a huge audience, as its on the world wide web.
When you limit yourself to local only, your margin of people looking specifically for what you have goes down big time.
As said before, its not much hassle to ship, and if the buyer pays shipping, its not like you're losing anything either.

i going to throw a ad on here to start.

Why not mark in your online ad, local sales prefered. Give the general area & that way to reach a very large group of potential buyers.
As already said, selling online is easy. You can get paid by EMT orask for a money order and when you have been paid, go to a post office.

Colin is correct. If it's just parts, and not guns or receivers, then there's very little risk. You get paid by EMT, which is cash in your account. Once funds are received, you package the part and ship it, then immediately email the tracking number to the buyer.
