best Weaver type rings

I currently have medium rings on my rifle.
looking to go with high 1" rings to fit on Weaver bases
i want steel construction.

what would you get in this situation?

I second vote for weaver. Why go high? Putting on a scope with a big objective?

I always liked the retro Weaver detachable top scope rings. No extra material they don't need, very low profile.

because with medium, the 50mm objective will touch the barrel, unless i mount it too much forward
