beware of WinClean for IPSC! PF issues with 115gr...

I have been using 9mm WinClean exclusively in one of my guns for 8 months in 115, 124 and 147gr. No problem cleaning. Over 6000 rounds.

Power factor for 115 has been 135 to 138
Power factor for 124 has been 140 to 143
Power factor for 147 has been 142 to 145
 
Maybe if chrony damage isn't such a big concern, IPSC Canada or IPSC Ontario could provide a designated chrony setup for all the level III matches with an ample supply of spare parts and calibration ammo.
If it is allowable to take a secondary sample of ammunition then what is the big deal of taking one round so that the competitors and officials near the chrono are not subjected to more than just flying brass?
So when this witch hunt is all done, will it be drowning or burnt at the stake.
