Any shops carrying Black Horn 209 powder here in Canada! I would like to try it as the T7 pellets SUCK! Thanks in advance.

Archery range in Winnipeg has it (they sell m/l stuff also) - You may need an armed guard after you buy it - $50 for TEN ounces!
Seems OK in my 40-65 tho.
